  • As a dance studio, we like to encourage healthy habits by providing a healthy environment. We kindly ask that you only send water and nutritious snacks with your dancers or try to eat lightly before attending class.

  • It is imperative that absences be kept to a minimum for maximum learning! However we certainly understand some absences are unavoidable. • Missed classes can be made up within the same semester in an equal or lower level class, or a higher one at the discretion of the instructor. You may also take a make-up in another style of dance. We can suggest other class make-up options for your dancer.

  • Credit is not extended beyond the end of the semester. Classes are non-refundable.

  • HOLIDAYS: There are no regular children's classes THANKSGIVING BREAK, CHRISTMAS BREAK or SPRING BREAK . We are open on all other National Holidays and are ALWAYS OPEN on teacher workdays. Remember: tuition is the same each month regardless of holidays and there are no credits or deductions for missed lessons.

  • HURRICANE CLOSURE: In the event of a hurricane warning issued for Monroe County, we will close the studio in accordance with the closure of the Monroe County public schools. The studio will re-open when it is deemed safe to do so. If you have a question regarding the re-opening of the studio, please call.

Observing Classes & Open House Week

We suggest just dropping your child off to class. We have very limited seating in the lobby at By the Bay Studio, but we have a parent lounge at The Annex! There will be an open house week near the end of the semester where you are in invited into the classroom during your child's regular class to observe what they've learned over the past semester!

There is plenty of free parking at both of our studios!

Thank you Parents and Dancers! We look forward to another fantastic year!
